Disclosure Statement
Perth’s Outback Splash, also referred to as Outback Splash (the Park) is owned and operated by Funday Investments Pty Ltd trading as Perth’s Outback Splash, who is referenced to in this Disclosure Statement (the Disclosure Statement) as Perth’s Outback Splash, Outback Splash, the Company, the Park, we, our or us.
The term Guest, you or your refers to the person, organisation or entity that purchases goods or services from Perth’s Outback Splash.
The term the Website refers to outbacksplash.com.au.
The term E-Ticket refers to a ticket permitting entry to the Park which is purchased online using the Website or any online store managed by Perth’s Outback Splash.
The Terms and Conditions of Perth’s Outback Splash act to limit our liability in certain circumstances. These include terms:
- excluding us from liability where you suffer losses (monetary or otherwise) resulting from you assuming an E-Ticket was not purchased from the Website because you failed to receive an E-Ticket confirmation email;
- excluding us from liability to you for any costs, losses or damages of any kind, which you may incur, arising whether directly or indirectly, from the processing of refunds;
- excluding us, our directors and staff from liability if you sustain a personal injury or loss or damage to property whilst at the Park;
- excluding us from liability for failure of any goods or services supplied by us to the extent that such failure is attributable to any act or omission on your part; and
- We are not liable if we can’t meet our obligations due to events beyond our control that couldn’t have been anticipated or guarded against. This includes, but isn’t limited to, natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government actions that prevent or delay us from fulfilling our duties.
The Privacy Policy of Perth’s Outback Splash which can be viewed at outbacksplash.com.au permits, in limited circumstances, disclosure of your information to third parties.
Other parties we may share your information with include:
- third party partners or service providers who assist us with providing our services;
- other corporate entities where Perth’s Outback Splash is involved in a corporate transaction involving a change in the ownership or control of the Website, the Park and/or Company;
- law enforcement authorities;
- any party necessary where we are acting to mitigate our legal liability, protecting or acting upon our legal rights or those of our users, partners or affiliated parties or preventing illegal activity or wrongdoing; and
- any party where you have given your consent to Perth’s Outback Splash to share your information.
The reasons that we may use your information include:
- to facilitate your access to and use of online services;
- to improve, administer and personalise the services that we provide to you;
- process and carry out transactions you make on the Website;
- to publish information for the purposes of marketing;
- to send you marketing communications and to otherwise recommend to you information about other products and/or services or special promotional offers from Perth’s Outback Splash and associated businesses;
- to prevent, discover and fight illegal or unauthorised activities such as misbehaviour on the Website or fraud; and
- to comply with applicable laws or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.
From time to time, Perth’s Outback Splash may receive financial incentives, including commissions or referral fees, for the promotion and sale of goods and services to consumers. These goods and services include tickets to the Park, transaction costs, retail products, food and beverage items, and other value add goods or services.
Terms and Conditions
Perth’s Outback Splash, also referred to as Outback Splash (the Park) is owned and operated by Funday Investments Pty Ltd trading as Perth’s Outback Splash, who is referenced to in these Terms and Conditions (the Terms) as Perth’s Outback Splash, Outback Splash, the Company, the Park, we, our or us.
The term Guest, you or your refers to the person, organisation or entity that accesses and/or uses the Park.
The Park is available for you to access conditional on your acceptance without alteration of the terms and conditions set out in the Terms. By purchasing one or more Tickets, and/or by entering the park, you are agreeing to be bound to the Terms. If you do not agree you should not purchase one or more Tickets and should not access and/or use the Park.
Tickets may be purchased online through outbacksplash.com.au (the Website), at the entry/admission office or via an authorised third party.
We may make changes to the Terms from time to time and, if the Terms affect your rights or obligations, we will endeavour to notify you in advance of the changes. The most recent version of the Terms applies and, if you purchase Tickets or access the Park after a change to the Terms becomes effective, then you agree and acknowledge any revised Terms.

Concessions and Companion CardWhere concession pricing is available for Ticket purchases based on age, disability or any other eligibility criteria, suitable and valid identification must be provided on request by Perth’s Outback Splash to confirm eligibility for the applicable concession, discount or complimentary admission. Where a concession, discount or other admission arrangement relates to disability or accessibility requirements, it remains the responsibility of the Guest, and where applicable their parent, guardian or companion, to review the Levels of Access information available from Perth’s Outback Splash and familiarise themselves with the access requirements, restrictions and operating conditions applicable to each attraction before participating. Companion Card Perth’s Outback Splash supports the Companion Card program for Guests who hold a current Companion Card and require attendant care support in order to participate at the Park. The Companion Card holder must purchase or otherwise hold the Ticket that corresponds with their own level of admission or access. Subject to the conditions set out in this clause, one companion accompanying the Companion Card holder to provide attendant care support will receive complimentary admission to the Park. The complimentary companion admission is provided for the purpose of enabling the Companion Card holder to access and participate at Perth’s Outback Splash with the attendant care support they require. It is not intended to provide complimentary general admission to a family member, friend, spectator or other person who is not attending for the purpose of providing attendant care support to the Companion Card holder. The following conditions apply to Companion Card admission:
Nothing in this clause removes or alters the responsibility of any Guest, parent, guardian or companion to comply with the Conditions of Entry or with any safety, supervision, height, weight, health, physical capability or other participation requirements applying to an attraction at Perth’s Outback Splash. |

RESCHEDULE AND REFUNDS TO GIFT CARDSPerth’s Outback Splash offers Reschedule Advantage enabling Guests to change the date of their visit – Guests can log in to the Roller self-serve platform to make changes to their booking. These terms and conditions apply to any purchase of Reschedule Advantage by the Purchaser and any subsequent Application by the Purchaser to invoke the benefit of the Reschedule Advantage. Definitions and Interpretations Definitions Acceptable Circumstance means any circumstance defined as such in Terms and Conditions which Perth’s Outback Splash may consider at its discretion as a basis for an Application. Application means an application to Perth’s Outback Splash made by a Purchaser for a refund to Gift Card or re-issuance of the Ticket made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Attendee means a person who is either:
Booking Reference Number means the reference number which the Purchaser receives when Tickets or a Group Booking is purchased on the Website. Communicable Disease means any disease capable of being transmitted from a person or other animal to another person, either directly or indirectly. Date of Planned Attendance means the date which the Purchaser intended to use the Ticket or Group Booking during the Operating Season for which the Ticket or Group Booking was valid. Date of Purchase means the date the Ticket was purchased or the Group Booking was made by the Purchaser, as identified on the receipt of purchase issued by Perth’s Outback Splash. Doctor means a qualified medical practitioner who is registered and licensed with a recognised professional body and who is not the Purchaser or a member of the Purchaser’s Immediate Family. Emergency Services means Police, Fire and Rescue Services, Ambulance Services and other State-funded Emergency Services. Evidence means the documentation which must be submitted with an Application as reasonably required by Perth’s Outback Splash pursuant to these Terms or as otherwise notified from time to time. E-Ticket means a ticket permitting entry to the Park, which is purchased online using the Website, at the entrance to the Park or via an authorised third party. Group means a group of people for which a Group Booking was made by the Purchaser. Group Booking means a booking of Tickets for a Group made under the ‘Group Booking’ option on the Website, which can also be referred to as a Ticket Bundle on the Website. Immediate Family means the spouse (either by marriage or by way of de facto relationship), parent, child, sibling, grandparent, stepparent or stepsibling of an Attendee. Operating Season means the period during which Perth’s Outback Splash will operate each year as published on the Website, and subject to change without notice at Perth’s Outback Splash’s discretion. Park means the premises located at 1635 Neaves Road, Bullsbrook, WA. Parties means Perth’s Outback Splash and the Customer, and Party means either one of them. Purchaser means the person, organisation or entity that accesses and/or uses the Park and has purchased Ticket Protection during the E-Ticket purchase process. Ticket means any ticket permitting entry to the Park which is purchased online using the Website, at the entrance to the Park or via an authorised third party, including tickets purchased as part of a Group Booking, and excludes any additional purchases which may be made at the time of purchase, including bookings for catering services or shelters. Reschedule Advantage is a service offered to customers during the E-ticket purchase process, allowing them to reschedule their visit. Refund to Gift Card refers to a refund, or partial refund being issued in the form of a digital Gift Card that may be used on the Website or if presented the Park. Note, Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. Website means the web page operated by Perth’s Outback Splash where the Purchaser can purchase Tickets and Group Bookings. MembershipA 2026/27 Season Pass Membership to Perth’s Outback Splash entitles the registered Member to unlimited general admission during the 2026/27 season, from 26 September 2026 to 26 April 2027, on days the park is scheduled to operate and during normal operating hours. Perth’s Outback Splash reserves the right to alter operating dates or hours, restrict access to particular attractions, or close the park where required due to weather, safety, maintenance, operational requirements or other circumstances. Unless otherwise required by law, no compensation, Membership extension or refund will be provided as a result of changes to operating dates, hours or attraction availability. Season Pass Memberships are issued to one named Member and are strictly non-transferable. Memberships cannot be shared, transferred to another person or redeemed for cash. A valid Season Pass or Digital Membership must be presented when entering the park. Entry may be refused where the Membership cannot be verified. Classic and Ambassador Members may be issued with a physical Season Pass card. Replacement cards may be issued at an additional cost. Each Membership requires a clear and current identification photo of the registered Member. Members cannot enter the park until an acceptable photo has been received and linked to their Membership. Season Passes for children must be purchased by, or with the authority of, an adult. Membership benefits, discounts and promotional offers are only available to the registered Member and may require the Member to be present at the time of redemption. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Membership discounts and benefits cannot be combined with another promotion, discount, voucher or special offer. The standard Conditions of Entry to Perth’s Outback Splash apply to all Members and their Guests. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Conditions of Entry, attraction safety requirements or reasonable instructions provided by Perth’s Outback Splash Team may result in the suspension or cancellation of a Membership. No refund will be provided where a Membership is suspended or cancelled as a result of a breach of these requirements. Perth’s Outback Splash reserves the right to amend Membership Terms and Conditions where reasonably required. Where a material change affects an existing Membership benefit, Members will be notified using the email address associated with their Membership. Promotional vouchers and offers must be redeemed during the advertised promotional period. Unused benefits or vouchers expire at the conclusion of the applicable promotional period and cannot be extended, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen promotional vouchers will not be replaced. Perth’s Outback Splash reserves the right to exercise reasonable discretion in relation to a special offer, coupon, Membership benefit, discount voucher or promotional ticket where circumstances are not otherwise addressed by these Terms and Conditions. Season Pass Membership Benefits Membership benefits vary between Digital, Classic and Ambassador Memberships. A valid Season Pass Membership must be presented or verified when redeeming Member benefits. Unless otherwise specified, benefits expire at the conclusion of the 2026/27 season and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 10% Off Food and Beverages All Members receive 10% off eligible food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases throughout the 2026/27 season. The discount does not apply to alcoholic beverages or Group Catering products. The registered Member must present or verify their valid Season Pass Membership at the time of purchase. 25% Off FastTrack Passes All Members receive 25% off one FastTrack Pass per Member, per day. FastTrack Passes may be purchased online using the Member’s Membership number or in the park by presenting a valid Season Pass. FastTrack Passes remain subject to availability and the applicable FastTrack terms and attraction restrictions. Bring-a-Friend Free Admissions Digital and Classic Memberships include two Bring-a-Friend Free admissions per Membership, per season. Ambassador Memberships include four Bring-a-Friend Free admissions per Membership, per season. No advance booking is required. The registered Member must be present and have their Season Pass scanned when entering the park with the friend receiving the complimentary admission. Bring-a-Friend Free admissions are not available during peak periods from 18 December 2026 to 31 January 2027 inclusive. Unused Bring-a-Friend Free admissions expire at the end of the 2026/27 season and cannot be transferred to another Membership, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 20% Off Admission for One Friend All Members may receive 20% off one friend’s full-priced general admission ticket per eligible visit. The registered Member must be present and enter the park with the friend receiving the discounted admission. No advance booking is required. The benefit is available on normal operating days outside the restricted summer period. The benefit is not available during peak periods from 18 December 2026 to 31 January 2027 inclusive. The discount is limited to one friend per Member, per eligible visit and cannot be combined with another promotion, discount or special offer. Branded Merchandise Discount Classic Members receive 10% off eligible Outback Splash branded merchandise. Ambassador Members receive 20% off eligible Outback Splash branded merchandise. This benefit is not included with Digital Memberships. The registered Member must present or verify their valid Membership at the time of purchase. The discount applies only to eligible branded merchandise and cannot be combined with another promotion or discount unless otherwise stated. Cabana Discount Classic Members receive 10% off eligible Cabana bookings. Ambassador Members receive 15% off eligible Cabana bookings. This benefit is not included with Digital Memberships. Eligible Cabana bookings may be made online using the Member’s Membership number. The registered Member must attend the booking and present or verify their Membership at Cabana check-in. The Membership discount does not apply to All Day Picnic Shades or The Picnic Spot. Cabana bookings remain subject to availability and the applicable Cabana booking Terms and Conditions. The Membership discount cannot be combined with another promotion or discount unless otherwise stated. Birthday Party Package Discount Classic and Ambassador Members receive 10% off eligible Birthday Party Packages. This benefit is not included with Digital Memberships. The discount may apply to eligible package inclusions, birthday-specific add-ons and upgrades. Only one Membership discount may be applied to each Birthday Party booking. The registered Member must attend the Birthday Party as either the Birthday Party organiser or the Birthday Child. The discount cannot be combined with another promotion or discount unless otherwise stated. Birthday Party bookings remain subject to the applicable Birthday Party Booking Terms and Conditions. Season Pass Sundowner Each Member may register for one complimentary ticket to the Season Pass Sundowner. Registration is required and places are limited. Holding a Season Pass Membership does not automatically guarantee attendance. Classic and Ambassador Members receive priority access to Sundowner registration before Digital Members. Subject to availability, each Member may also purchase one additional Sundowner ticket for a friend at the following discount:
The Member must be attending the Sundowner for the discounted friend ticket to be valid. Event dates, registration periods and instructions will be communicated using the email address associated with the Membership. Complimentary and discounted Sundowner tickets are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 2026/27 Exclusive Member Offers November GO LARGE Deal Promotion valid from 1 November to 30 November 2026 inclusive. Members may purchase regular fries or a regular soft drink and upgrade the eligible item to a large at no additional charge. A valid Season Pass Membership must be presented or verified at the time of purchase. The offer cannot be combined with another promotion or discount unless otherwise stated. Buy One, Get One Free Fairy Floss Promotion valid from 1 December to 31 December 2026 inclusive. Purchase one eligible fairy floss and receive one additional fairy floss free. The offer is limited to one complimentary fairy floss per Member, per day. A valid Season Pass Membership must be presented or verified at the time of purchase. The complimentary item has no cash value and cannot be substituted for another product. 25% Off Reusable Slushie Cups Promotion valid from 1 January to 31 January 2027 inclusive. Members receive 25% off one reusable slushie cup during the promotional period. The offer is limited to one discounted reusable slushie cup per Member during the promotional period. Eligible slushie refills purchased during the season continue to receive the standard 10% Member food and beverage discount. A valid Season Pass Membership must be presented or verified at the time of purchase. Membership Upgrades A Member may request to upgrade from Digital Membership to Classic or Ambassador Membership, or from Classic Membership to Ambassador Membership. Membership upgrades must be completed in person at Guest Services and processed by an authorised Supervisor. Membership upgrades cannot be completed online or over the phone. A Membership can only be upgraded where none of the Bring-a-Friend Free admissions attached to the original Membership have been redeemed. Once any Bring-a-Friend Free admission associated with the Membership has been used, the Membership is no longer eligible to be upgraded. The registered Member must be present when requesting the upgrade and must provide any information reasonably required by the Guest Services Team to verify the Membership. Any applicable upgrade cost must be paid at the time the upgrade is processed. All upgrade requests remain subject to verification and approval by Perth’s Outback Splash. One thing we still need to lock internally: how the upgrade amount is calculated, for example whether the Guest pays the difference between the amount originally paid and the applicable price of the new Membership at the time of upgrade. I would not publish that part until confirmed. Splash Cash Splash Cash refers to funds loaded onto an eligible physical Season Pass card for use at participating outlets within Perth’s Outback Splash. Splash Cash cannot be used for online purchases or reservations, including admission tickets, Huts or Cabanas. Splash Cash may be used towards eligible food, beverage and merchandise purchases in the park. The physical Season Pass card containing the Splash Cash balance must be presented at the time of purchase. Splash Cash cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Where permitted by Perth’s Outback Splash, an unused balance may be carried forward to a subsequent season provided the original Membership card is presented and remains capable of being verified. Perth’s Outback Splash is not responsible for Splash Cash balances lost as a result of a lost, stolen or damaged Membership card where the balance cannot be recovered or verified. Perth’s Outback Splash reserves the right to exercise reasonable discretion regarding Splash Cash in circumstances not otherwise addressed by these Terms and Conditions. |

If you do not wish for your image to be shared, please contact our team, and we will remove it promptly. Perth’s Outback Splash is a positive and family-friendly venue. To maintain this environment, we reserve the right to hide or remove comments that are offensive or negative in nature. Guests are encouraged to communicate with us via social media respectfully. Inappropriate language or comments that do not align with our family-friendly values may be removed at our discretion. By entering the Park, you acknowledge and agree that Perth’s Outback Splash may photograph or record you for security purposes, promotional activities, or any other purpose reasonably necessary for the operation of the Park (2.13). These images and recordings, including those shared on social media platforms, are the sole property of Perth’s Outback Splash. |
