Your Membership Benefits, Explained

Visit Perth’s Outback Splash as often as you like during the 2026/27 season, from 26 September 2026 to 26 April 2027.

Operating days and hours vary throughout the season, so please check the opening calendar before each visit.

All Members receive 10% off food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases throughout the 2026/27 season.

The discount does not apply to alcoholic beverages or Group Catering products.

Present your valid Season Pass when purchasing in the park.

All Members receive 25% off one FastTrack Pass per Member, per day.

Purchase online using your Membership number or in the park by presenting your Season Pass.

Digital and Classic Memberships include two Bring-a-Friend Free admissions per Membership, per season.

Ambassador Memberships include four Bring-a-Friend Free admissions per Membership, per season.

No advance booking is required. The Member must be present and have their Season Pass scanned when entering the park with their friend.

Bring-a-Friend Free admissions cannot be used during our Peak Period from 18 December 2026 to 31 January 2027.

Unused admissions expire at the end of the 2026/27 season and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another Membership.

All Members can receive 20% off one friend’s full-priced general admission ticket per eligible visit.

No advance booking is required. The Member must be present and enter the park with their friend.

The benefit cannot be used during our Peak Period from 18 December 2026 to 31 January 2027.

The discount is limited to one friend per Member, per eligible visit.

Classic Members receive 10% off Outback Splash branded merchandise.

Ambassador Members receive 20% off Outback Splash branded merchandise.

This benefit is not included with Digital Memberships.

Classic Members receive 10% off eligible Cabana bookings.

Ambassador Members receive 15% off eligible Cabana bookings.

The discount is not included with Digital Memberships.

Book online using your Membership number. The registered Member must attend the booking and present their Season Pass at Cabana check-in.

The discount does not apply to All Day Picnic Shades or The Picnic Spot.

The Cabana discount cannot be combined with another promotion or discount.

Classic and Ambassador Members receive 10% off Birthday Party Packages.

The discount applies to eligible package inclusions, birthday-specific add-ons and upgrades.

One Membership discount can be applied to each Birthday Party booking.

The registered Member must attend the party as either the Birthday Party organiser or the Birthday Child.

The discount is not included with Digital Memberships and cannot be combined with another promotion or discount.

Every Member can register for one complimentary ticket to the Season Pass Sundowner.

Registration is required and places are limited. A Membership does not automatically guarantee attendance.

Classic and Ambassador Members receive priority access to registration before Digital Members.

Subject to availability, each Member can also purchase one additional ticket for a friend:

  • Digital Members receive 25% off
  • Classic Members receive 25% off
  • Ambassador Members receive 50% off

Event details, registration instructions and ticket release dates will be sent to the email address used to purchase the Membership.

From 1 to 30 November 2026, purchase regular fries or a regular soft drink and upgrade to a large for no additional charge.

Present your valid Season Pass when purchasing in the park.

From 1 to 31 December 2026, purchase one fairy floss and receive a second fairy floss free.

Limited to one free fairy floss per Member, per day. Present your valid Season Pass when purchasing in the park.

From 1 to 31 January 2027, receive 25% off one reusable slushie cup.

Special promotion slushie refills purchased during the season will continue to receive the additional 10% Member discount. Present your valid Season Pass when purchasing in the park.

A valid Season Pass must be presented when redeeming Member benefits, discounts and offers.

Membership benefits can only be used by the registered Member and cannot be transferred or shared with another person.

The registered Member must be present when using benefits connected to a friend, Cabana booking or Birthday Party Package.

Unless specifically stated, Member benefits cannot be combined with another promotion, discount or special offer.

Benefits and promotional offers are subject to their stated availability dates and conditions.

Unused benefits expire at the end of the applicable season or promotional period. They cannot be exchanged, extended or redeemed for cash.

Here’s What You Need to Know

Each Membership must have a clear, current photo linked to the individual Member.

You can upload photos during checkout or submit them after purchasing by WhatsApp or email using the instructions in your Membership email.

Photos uploaded during checkout must be under 500KB.

Members cannot enter the park until their photo has been received and linked to their Season Pass.

Purchase during the Early Bird sale to access the advertised Early Bird Membership pricing – ends midnight 25 September.

Returning 2024/25 and 2025/26 Members may also be eligible for an additional renewal discount. Find your renewal code below before completing checkout.

Check our opening calendar before visiting, as operating dates and hours change throughout the season.

Keep the email address used to purchase your Membership up to date. Important Member information, exclusive offers and Sundowner registration details will be sent to this address.

Purchased one Membership and decided another option better suits your family?

Digital Members may request an upgrade to Classic or Ambassador, and Classic Members may request an upgrade to Ambassador.

Membership upgrades:

  • Must be completed in person at Guest Services
  • Must be approved and processed by a Supervisor
  • Cannot be completed online or over the phone
  • Require payment of the applicable upgrade cost

A Membership can only be upgraded if none of the Bring-a-Friend Free admissions included with the original Membership have been redeemed.

Once any Bring-a-Friend Free admission has been used, the Membership cannot be upgraded. This is because redeemed benefits cannot be transferred or recalculated correctly when changing Membership types.

The registered Member should be present and bring their Season Pass when requesting an upgrade.

All upgrade requests remain subject to verification and approval by our Guest Services Team.

📢 Returning Member Renewal Discount

2024/25 and 2025/26 Season Pass holders can access an exclusive renewal discount code.

Enter the email address linked to your previous Season Pass to find your code before you complete checkout.

During the Early Bird sale, your renewal code gives you an additional 5% off the already discounted Early Bird price. After the Early Bird sale ends, the same code gives you 10% off the standard Membership price until Season Passes are sold out.

Once you’ve located your unique codes, head to checkout and select ‘Apply a Discount’ → ‘Redeem Now’ → ‘Discount Code’, then enter your code.

If you were a Member during the 24/25 or 25/26 season and your email address isn’t found, check that you’re using the same email address linked to your membership. If you’re still having trouble, email info@outbacksplash.com.au and our Team will be happy to help.
