Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response Information

At Perth’s Outback Splash our number one priority has been and will always be the health and safety of our Guests and Team members

OPERATIONS

Following recent Government announcements, and the increase of confirmed COVID-19 cases both nationally and in Perth, Western Australia, the decision has been made to temporarily close the Park.

As a small, family-owned business, this is an extremely challenging time, and as a result of this closure, unfortunately many Team members will be temporarily stood-down and those remaining will suffer a loss of income also.

The decision has been made to ensure the long-term viability and sustainability of the business, and most importantly to secure future jobs for our Team members.

WHEN WILL THE PARK RE-OPEN

Perth’s Outback Splash will continuously review the situation and will take steps to ensure that once the threat of COVID-19 passes, it will continue to operate.

We will work to keep our Guests and Team updated via email and social media.

TICKET AND PASS HOLDERS

We are reaching out to ticket and pass holders via email to provide them with updates.

All Tickets and Season Passes will be extended for the same period as the temporary closure.

For example, if the Park is closed until the end of our Season, April 27 2020, your ticket or pass will be extended for 35 days into the 2020/2021 Summer Season.

If you purchased your ticket through a third party, please contact them for assistance.

We encourage Guests with questions relating to ticket and Pass validity and the extension period to contact info@outbacksplash.com.au.
